@metronetfiber So I signed up with you guys at $50, my bill is now $90, Spectrum is now offering Fiber in my neighborhood at 2 years at $30 for 2 years, then $40 and your team offered me a temporary $15 off. So much for customer retention.

@metronetfiber Just got the service last week.Can't view anything we recorded, key problem. Watched Bucs game last night and constant buffering.. called about both, hubby was hung up on twice after 20+ minute waits on hold while someone 'looked up our error'. Hoping this is not what to expect.

@JazzyBolt @metronetfiber That's fair but I've legitimately spent over 20 hours on the phone alone in addition to the 4 techs out to my house for 2-6 hours each time... I have legit customer deadlines I've missed because I depend on this. There aren't co-working options here like in CLT for me to use.

In one year of service with @metronetfiber I haven't lost service not one time. Anyway don't let @MediacomCable gaslight you into staying with them. They're literally the worst and don't care about them at all. Switch to metronet asap, friends.

Slowly starting to regret the switch to @metronetfiber. The speed and price is great, but the weekly outages is getting to be a problem.

@metronetfiber and people who have one value their home. A certain degree of respect should be given to the homeowner. You should care about the image your company has in the community. Just because lines are laid doesn’t mean people will support that business in the future. Common respect!

Just a note to commend @metronetfiber service. Landscapers snapped the cable, working in the garden yesterday. They were here for a free repair at 8am this morning. Very helpful friendly service from start to finish. 5 STARS, Metronet, 5 STARS!
